No. Location, layout, parking, your mortgage, your lease and local planning all matter. If a standard let suits you better, we will tell you.
Is the analyser a promise of income?
No. It is an illustration using figures you can see and change. A reviewed report from us comes next, and any agreement follows a survey.
Do you manage properties now?
AyNik Stay is new. We are taking on our first properties now, and we will publish results only when owners agree.
